Welcome To

The Shaker Mountain Canning Co. is a local foods processing facility and sustainable three acre vegetable farm, located in New Lebanon, NY. On the farm we grow produce to make preserves and canned goods, which are for sale at local farmers markets, and for our CSA program. In the kitchen we create our own brand of regionally grown products, called The Farm Down the Road. Our facility is also available for co-packing and product development.
